Lymphatic drainage with the Renata Franca method
The exclusive, manual Renata Franca technique comes directly from Brazil.
It allows you to "dry" andslimming the body with results you can feel and see from the very first session, by detoxifying and reactivating all the body's circulatory systems, which will help to relieve congestion, detoxify and de-stock stagnant oedemas.
As a result, the body will be less bloated and more shapely, with an accelerated metabolism, and therefore a more efficient metabolism. increased sense of well-being.
If Renata Franca didn't invent lymphatic massage, but it does offer it. a much more invigorating and intense version thanks to precise movements and overall work on the lymphatic, venous, blood, digestive and immune systems.
This technique promises immediately visible results after the session, which lasts between 1h15 and 1h30: a slimmer figure, a deflated stomach and a feeling of well-being and absolute lightness.
Tonic doesn't mean painful, quite the opposite! The benefits? Significant weight loss and toned skin. The effects are immediate, and are enhanced for up to 72 hours afterwards. The Renata Franca Lymphatic Drainage method has some contraindications:
- Fever, infection, any bacterial, infectious or inflammatory process,
- Be undergoing medical treatment (antibiotics or anti-inflammatories)
- Malignant and auto-immune diseases (cancer, leukaemia, AIDS, etc.)
- First 3 months of pregnancy (like almost all massages)
- IVF implant before pregnancy test
- Caesarean section deliveries only after the wound has healed
- Dialysis, reduced renal activity
- Phlebitis, thrombosis
- Diabetes T2 / T3
- Renal insufficiency
- Tuberculosis
- Erysipelas
- Heavy" therapy for the body & follow-up medication (chemotherapy, etc.)
- Chronic diseases
- Hyper/Hypothyroidism - Asthma
- Vaccine less than 10 days old
If you have any of these contraindications, I will not be able to give you a massage using the Renata Franca method without written medical approval.

Body Reshaping
A manual massage technique whose main feature is the application of vigorous, rapid and firm movements all over the body. This massage promises surprising results, as it is designed to shape the tissues in such a way as to sculpt the body (i.e. move fat to the right place). Kneading, pinching and gliding are manoeuvres that help to sculpt and shape your body, creating new curves and a more harmonious silhouette.
What you need to know: It is important to carry out a lymphatic drainage session before remodelling. If your needs correspond to this technique, you can alternate drainage and remodelling during your cure.

FREQUENCY : Ideally, I recommend a course of treatment lasting at least 5 sessions, with one or two sessions per week. THE CURES : For optimum results, alternate Lymph Drainage and Remodelling during your treatment. At your 1st appointment, I will carry out an assessment to define the treatment best suited to your profile, your needs and expectations and, above all, the progress of your results. A measurement will be taken at each session.
My advice:
- For best results, perform a Renata lymphatic drainage treatment before undergoing Remodelling.
- As with lymphatic drainage, the results are immediate and will be enhanced during the 72 hours following the massage.
- It is important to avoid all excess sugar, fat and alcohol before/after the treatment and ideally during the cure.
- The results obtained become lasting after several sessions.
- As with lymphatic drainage, it is essential to drink at least 1.5 litres of water a day.
The contraindications are the same as for Lymphatic Drainage (see above) with the addition of :
- Large varicose veins
- Women under 4 months pregnant
