Traditional Waxing

You can't forget that 'old' smell of wax you used to get when you went into a salon! Finito pipo, in your home I'll be leaving a blend of sweet, delicate scents such as chocolate and calendula, reminiscent of candyfloss.

All the areas of your body that need waxing require different waxes. For your sensitive areas, I've chosen a wax that's safe for the skin and without any risk of allergies, with organic calendula and no rosin, which will leave your skin feeling soft and comfortable. Organic calendula extract prevents irritation caused by waxing. This wax is suitable for everyone and particularly recommended for sensitive skin.

The other areas will be waxed with a strip wax... chocolate. Careful, chocolate lovers, you can't eat it!

A few facts about waxing

When the warmer weather arrives, you start to think about how you're going to get rid of your hair, and quite often we'd like to wave a magic wand and get rid of it.

Summer is the time when hair removal becomes essential for many women.

Even though women's acceptance of body hair is beginning to take hold in our society, there are still very few of us who are willing to expose our bodies in a swimming costume, with visible hair on our legs, armpits, bikini line or, for the less fortunate, on our stomachs or backs.

So you're going to ask me which hair removal technique is the most effective, the least painful, with the cleanest results, the longest-lasting and the least expensive? My answer, as with anything else, is that "perfection doesn't exist".

Perhaps you use a razor? It's fast and economical, but it's a lot less sexy when you're cutting yourself and irritation and pimples are part of your daily routine. Not to mention the rapid regrowth of hair and the way it feels to the touch.

When you shave, the hair is not completely removed. It is simply shortened.

It's the same process with depilatory creams; they cut the hair as much as the razor and in terms of aggression on the skin, there's nothing better. You needed a mixture of chemical agents to make hair disappear in 5 minutes!

These methods, although quick and practical, still leave something to be desired, unless you're prepared to do them on a regular basis. If that's the case, make sure you're equipped with moisturisers - it's important for your damaged skin.

Waxing, on the other hand, may be more restrictive, but the results are far more satisfying.

  • Waxing does not cut the hair, but pulls it out at the root, allowing it to grow back more slowly.
  • It promises that hair will reappear softer over time, because it will be younger and therefore finer and less visible.
  • Say goodbye to the brushy feel when you re-grow, and your skin will be smoother.

Here's a little information that's sure to answer a lot of questions:

When it's hot, hair tends to grow faster. It's not just an impression, it's very real. You could compare it to plants: heat + humidity = active growth.

I advise you to opt for more regular waxing in warmer seasons (about every 15 days to 3 weeks), even if not all the hair has come out. This means you won't have to wait as long, and you won't have to go overboard with the razor (once is enough to get darker hair). and thick).  You'll have plenty of time to make up for any regrowth in winter.
